For our Retail Replacement Valuations, this number is multiplied by 2.5 x for a true straight forward retail replacement value.
What is Retail Replacement Value?
Retail Replacement Value in simplistic terms is a price at which an item can be replaced at full market value, anywhere in the United States. Because we have clients who may need to replace an item at retail price across the entire United States. As a consumer, you should not predict to market an item at retail replacement value.
